At Hearts of Beauty Hair, we aim to provide clear and accurate product information to help you make an informed purchase. As an online business, we do not offer physical try-ons. We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

We do not accept returns due to:

Change of mind

Incorrect length expectations

Incorrect colour choice

Incorrect cap size selection

Returns are only accepted if:

The wrong item was sent

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your wig must be:

Unworn and unused (not washed, styled, brushed, or altered in any way)

Lace uncut and intact

No products added (no glue, dye, oils, sprays, or treatments applied)

Returned in its original packaging

Strictly no returns or exchanges on glueless wigs due to hygiene reasons.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on bundles and closures.

Strictly no returns due to incorrect cap size selection. We offer Small, Medium, and Large cap sizes. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size before checkout.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 48 hours.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account details provided.

Refunds exclude original courier/shipping fees.

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@heartsofbeautyhair.co.za or WhatsApp/Call 068 962 1731 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear images of the product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if you received the wrong item or if the unit arrived damaged.

If approved, exchange shipping costs will be covered by Hearts of Beauty Hair.

How to Return Your Item

Once your return is approved, we will arrange collection via The Courier Guy at our expense.

Please ensure you are available on the scheduled collection day.
