Most wigs operate on a pre-order system and require approximately 10–14 business days for delivery. Ready-to-ship wigs, when available, are dispatched within approximately 2 business days.
During sale periods or high-volume periods, processing times may increase. We work to dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible and appreciate your patience during peak times.
In certain circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or national disruptions, delivery timeframes may be affected. Customers will be notified should such delays occur.
