Products and Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

Most wigs are offered on a pre-order basis with an estimated delivery timeframe of 10–14 business days. Ready-to-ship units, when available, are dispatched within approximately 2 business days.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide the option of a refund or back order where applicable.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

We accept payments through secure third-party gateways including Payfast, Payflex, PayJustNow, and LayUp. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.

Hearts of Beauty Hair reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is subject to payment confirmation and product availability. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We use trusted courier partners for nationwide delivery across South Africa. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Hearts of Beauty Hair is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted if:

The wrong item was sent; or
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with lace uncut, and returned in its original packaging.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on glueless wigs, bundles, closures, custom-made units, or sale items.

Refunds, where approved, exclude original shipping costs and will be processed via bank transfer within 48 hours of inspection approval.

Product Care and Longevity

All products sold are 100% human hair. Proper maintenance is required to maintain longevity. Lace products are delicate by nature and are not guaranteed to last indefinitely. Product lifespan depends on care, handling, and usage.
